Initiate a Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand over the sealed package to our logistics partner and collect the acknowledgment receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
